Q: What method of shipping do you guys use?
A: For domestic shipping, we use UPS and USPS. Any international orders are through DHL Express or USPS International.
Q: How long does it usually take for you guys to ship out my order?
A: We typically ship out your order within 1-3 business days. If we're short of staff or are having any delays (emergencies, weather problems, etc.) then we will e-mail you to inform you of such delays.
Q: Do you guys ship worldwide?
A: We do ship worldwide however, the customer is required to pay for shipping as well as any taxes/tariffs/VAT fees that may incur.
Q: How much is shipping for international orders?
A: All shipping calculations (excluding calculations for taxes/tariffs/VAT fees) are calculated at checkout.
Q: I made an error on my shipping address, what can I do?
A: If the courier hasn't already picked up the package, we can still make corrections/changes to the address. If the address is drastically different from the address that you have on file with PayPal, we will cancel your order and ask that you fix the address with PayPal (this is to prevent fraud).
