Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Processing: The typical wait time for an order to be processed is 1-3 business days. Please note that this is excluding shipping time (the time the courier takes to deliver the item to you).

Tariffs and Duties: The customer is responsible for any tariffs and duties that may incur. For international orders, please include your phone number in order for the courier to contact you.

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition and package that you received it in.

To complete your return, we require you to open an RMA case via our portal.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed otherwise.

If you've received the wrong item: Please notify us right away. Any mistakes/errors are to be reported within the 30-day period otherwise, we would not be able to resolve the issue.

Situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check to see if the refund has been processed through your PayPal/Bank account, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items: You will be refunded the amount that you paid for said item.
Payments via cryptocurrency will result in a refund of the amount of coins used to pay for the item, not current market price.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please open an RMA case and contact us a

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we will refund you in the form of a gift card.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was DOA). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be refunded (for international customers).

All orders that are returned as "DOA" are subject to testing upon us receiving the item. If we test the item and it's in perfect functioning condition, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance incase the package is lost by the courier.
